NCS USBC Adult Scholarship
NC USBC is committed to providing adult bowlers with as many opportunities as possible to grow both on and off the lanes. One way we give back to our bowling community is through the Adult Scholarship, which is designed to support adult bowlers who are returning to college, advancing an existing degree, or pursuing education in a new trade or technical field. This scholarship reflects NC USBC’s dedication to lifelong learning and to investing in the personal, professional, and educational success of our adult members.
Adult Scholarship
The Adult Education Scholarship is designed to support adult bowlers who are returning to school to advance their education, begin a new career path, or further their professional development. This scholarship reflects our commitment to giving back to the adult bowlers in our community who continue to balance education, work, family, and involvement in the sport of bowling.
Applicants should demonstrate motivation, perseverance, and a clear vision for how continued education—whether through college or trade school—will positively impact their future. This scholarship aims to invest in lifelong learning while recognizing the dedication and contributions of adult bowlers within our community.

Eligibility & Consideration:

Open to applicants 20 years of age or older

A max of 2 $1500 scholarships will be awarded each season.

First consideration will be given to:

Adults returning to college to earn a degree

Students continuing their education toward a Master’s or Doctorate

Adults returning to trade or technical school

Second consideration will be given to currently enrolled college students

Applicants must wait two (2) years from receiving a NCS USBCA Youth Scholarship before being eligible to receive an Adult Scholarship
